Directions from Norwich

Take the A11 south towards Thetford and London out of Norwich to the Thickthorn Roundabout on the A47. Take the 3rd exit off Thickthorn Roundabout, towards Hethersett on the B1107, and drive towards Hethersett. Just past Hethersett Church (which is on your left), turn right into Hethersett. The quickest way is to then take a right turn in front of the Queens Head, onto Queens Road, and drive through the village of Hethersett. Queens Road turns into Melton Road. Carry on all the way through the village towards Great Melton, until you come to a T-Junction (by a row of council houses) where you will turn left and continue through High Green (small settlement) until you see Whiterails Farm on the left. Turn left down the drive - press one of the electronic gate buttons to open the security gate during the day - then fork right to the parking area in front of the farm buildings or as otherwise indicated.

If you are in a horse box or pulling a trailer the best way is to carry on past Hethersett Church, and just after Hethersett Old hall School (on left) take a right turn into New Road, Hethersett. Follow this road through residences on outskirts of village, round a right hand bend to a T junction, then turn left toward Great Melton. Go down the hill and up the other side, until you come to a T-Junction (by a row of council houses) where you will turn left and continue through High Green (small settlement) until you see Whiterails Farm on the left. Turn left down the drive - press one of the electronic gate buttons to open the security gate during the day - then fork right to the parking area in front of the farm buildings or as otherwise indicated.

Directions from Thetford / Wymondham

Take the A11 towards Wymondham. Turn off the A11 at the Wymondham/Barnham Broom B1107 exit (by the Police Station and Waitrose). Follow Dereham signs about 200 yards to the Waitrose Roundabout, then go straight over this roundabout - 2nd exit - onto Tuttles Lane. Travel along Tuttles Lane for approximately 1 mile to the first right turn, which is Melton Road. Drive for two miles, ignoring three possible left turns and you will see Whiterails Farm on your right. Turn right down the drive - press one of the electronic gate buttons to open the security gate during the day - then fork right to the parking area in front of the farm buildings or as otherwise indicated.
